Training Details.

Under LGED (1) Safety training is provided to driver to keep the road communication system safe under SRIIP. 2) Provide Union Parishad Management Training for Union Parishad Chairmen and Members to conduct activities under SRIIP.3) Provide gender awareness training to those involved in LGED and various developmental projects at district, upazila and union level to maintain equal work environment for men and women in the workplace.4) Environmental awareness training is provided to the concerned so that no harm is done to the environment while implementing various developmental works at the field level.5) In order to increase agricultural production in the aftermath of sub-project implementation of various development projects, training is given to the members of local co-operative societies on agricultural production planning with the views of local beneficiaries and with the advice of field extension officers and LGED field level officials.
